Trip to the Zoo
We went to the zoo on 6 Oct 2009. It was a drizzling day and Rayken did not take his usual late morning nap. So we managed to cover half of the zoo only as in the afternoon, his sleepiness begin to show.
The photo above is taken while seated on the tram. Rayken only loves to look at the otters in the zoo. All other animals he is not quite interested.

Outing to East Coast Park
Early this morning at 9 am, we set off for East Coast Park.
We had breakfast at Old Town Cafe. Hmmm... the breakfast is quite nice & price is reasonable. Little Rayken also wants to eat when we are having our prawn mee & "gong zhai mee". Lucky we have a polo bun which we feed him only the bread part.
After breakfast, we went for a stroll near the beach. Little Rayken is so fasinated by the sea. He kept looking at the sea which made us difficult to take photos for him.
Little Rayken enjoyed himself at East Coast Park...think we will go back again.

An Aqua Loving Baby
Today, is a day we decide to bring our Baby Rayken for a swim. Yes a swim, you didn't see wrongly, a swim for a 3.5 months old baby. Once we reach the swimming centre (for babies only!). It started out with a warm up massage of 5 minutes, then the real skin dipping (naked) swim begin. He lasted about 10-15min and began to cry, signaling for the session to end. Overall he did enjoy his first swim, don't believe? Look at his photo from the swim (Warning!! If you feel awkward looking at naked babies do not continue)

Home Coming With My Little One
Today (2 Jan 2009) is the real test for the both of us, taking care of the little one. At the hospital, we can rely on the nurses if he shit, cry, eat, or bath. But now, we need to do everything. Although it was a tiring process but it was all worth while when you see the end result of my little one.
